Our Team

Darren and Sue Dean are dedicated to offering value and personal service to their customers. In contrast to larger brokerages where you can expect to talk to someone different each time you call, Bluefire Finance is a deliberately small operation and aim to understand their customers’ businesses, enabling them to provide knowledge and feedback about what is needed to achieve a successful financial outcome.

Darren Dean

Darren, started his broking career in early 2016 and while relatively new to the broking world has over 25 years in business experience mainly in Sales and Account Management. Passionate about developing relationships built on mutual respect, it is the decades of corporate experience Darren draws on, coupled with a healthy dose of humour, that sets him apart from his industry counterparts. He takes pride in the process and outcomes of his role as a finance broker helping others achieve their business needs.

Sue Dean

Sue‘s background in office management and PA services are the foundation for her experience in delivering the smooth processes and attention to detail that equipment finance requires. Good finance applications most often lead to desired outcomes and it is Sue that ensures Bluefire customers are presented well in their finance submissions. Darren and Sue share a philosophy to provide value, quality and service with empathy to each and every business they work with.
